Its principals — Jack Jennings, former Executive Dean for Administration at the Harvard Graduate School of Education, and Vincent Wilczynski, former Deputy Dean of the Yale School of Engineering — bring a rare and complementary blend of institutional gravitas, field-tested wisdom, and a shared foundation of leadership forged at the United States Coast Guard Academy and practiced over decades of service as U.S. Coast Guard officers.

Vincent Wilczynski
Award-winning educator and international STEM advocate, Vincent led Yale Engineering's design and product-development initiatives and stewarded global student engagement across nearly two hundred nations. He is the architect of Semper Verum's nine-step product-development methodology, applied across sectors from biotech to athletics.
